What data do I collect?

I may collect your name, email address and postcode if you apply to join my waiting list. Your full address may be disclosed if you provide it to me via email or other means. I take the privacy of your information seriously. This notice applies to all data processing and governs data collection, processing and usage in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018. By using this website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. I will only process data where there is a legal and business requirement to do so.

I will not share your data with anyone without your consent - which you will need to opt-in to upon my request.

How long will I store your data?

I will save your data for a maximum of 7 years, after which it will be deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing me, which will also remove you from the waiting list. Once you have received an appointment, you will be removed from the waiting list and your data will be deleted.
